Can anyone tell me what this is? It may just be a rock. I honestly cant even remember where I picked up or when. I've held onto it for a while not knowing who to ask. Now I've got a place to find out. Thanks in advance!

Seriously though, looks to be a concretion, probably broke off/out of a larger rock.
