what is this gun worth

just picked up this .22 cal pistol. it has rohm gmbh sonthe im/brz. on the side? made in germany. its got a wood handle and the rest is chrome.
never heard of this kind of gun. anybody know anything about it

I think what you have is commonly called a RG. I have seen a few that are not the highest quality and you should examine this gun carefully before you fire. Make sure the cylinder is "in time".

i bought it off my dad. he got it in a trade about 5 years ago. i've shot it probably 50 times since hes had it.
dont want to do no target shooting or anything mainly just for protection in the house. its a 6 shot revolver

Yep RG's where made in Germany,lots of them flooded the market here in the 70's. Hard to say anywhere from $50 to maybe $175 in excellent shape. Is it a single action or a double?
