i slept in today being told by everyone and weather channel saying it would rain all day. seems like i missed a great morning to be in the woods.

It's here now! I just got in from getting soaked!
I went out this morning in Loudon county. Birds were vocal yesterday, but I didn't hear a peep this morning. Went back out after church and didn't see or hear a bird. Hard rain rolled in and I called it quits. The good news is I ran into some hikers who told me they heard several turkeys gobbling yesterday near a public trail about a mile away. I know where I'm going in the morning before work!

Alarm went off this morn it was raining & just stopped about 5:30pm
