Small midges.
Size 20 or small zebra midges (22 is probably right) take an assortment of colors see what they like. Might also try some BHPT's, I usually can get some hook ups with that. Sometimes stripping a streamer back through a run can produce some good fish. Let me know how you do, I haven't gone up there lately but I am planning on trying to shortly.
