I got to check the cams for the first time this summer and things are looking good! Anyways I believe this is a deer my girl friend nicknamed "Rambo" ...Simply bc he is a fighter....here are a few pics of him from this past year....do you guys think this could be the same deer? Aslo with the bottom 2 pictures....I am was just curious i am almost positive these deer are the same but what i notice is the antler growth in a weeks time period...How much growth typically takes place and at what rate typically?

I think it is the same deer and June is a big month for antler growth, most put it on faster than we would think. I like how he is looking at the camera in the daylight pic, he is very aware of what is around him, no doubt about it.

I think I remember somewhere that antler growth can reach 1/2" per day, maybe more in some instances.
