What do my turnip greens have?

looks like white spot or leaf spot fungus. copper fungicide will control it.
Have they had a lot of rain? When they are thick like that it encourages disease problems.

Not much rain. It's been very dry here. If I thin them will it help?

They should start growing better as the weather cools down. I would fertilize them with some nitrogen fertilizer before a rain and that will give them a boost in growth. You could try thinning out the worst looking plants, but that probably is not practical for that big of area. Spraying them with an insecticide that kills caterpillars should help along with the copper fungicide mentioned by WTH.
You planted them too early! Ax the timers when they plant theirs.
thinning will help along with the fungicide, maybe depends on how bad it is.
really need to turn that crop over in spring and plant some non-crucifers for a year or two to allow the spores to die.
if the copper doesnt work you might try the following recipe as it might be bacterial or rust.

Need to give that ground a rest for a year or two to let spores in soil die. Have had same problem in food plots when planting brassicas in same spot year after year. Rotate something else & should be fine.
