Now if the section of cover habitat is large, say 30+ acres, I think you can get away with a little hunting a short distance into the cover without disturbing mature buck usage.

I would agree except certain times of the year. Many guys have great luck by hunting a sanctuary but the key is to beat the buck back to bed. I know it works and have seen the success, I just like a warm bed in the cold winter. :grin:
