I'd call it a Kirk Corner Notch then.

But, do you mean both sides of each face or the left hand side of each face?

Lost lakes, hardins, dovetails and decaturs are examples of points that are only re sharpened by pressure flaking on the left hand (usually) side of each face. As it continues through multiple resharpenings in its life cycle it takes on a flattened rhomboid cross section, instead of the slightly convex cross section of the first stage ( unresharpened ) examples.

After looking at the point a bit more, maybe it is just on the left hand side? It is definately much more defined on the left, no matter which side you view it from. I don't know much about arrowheads, I just LOVE finding them!!! I can post better pics if I need too.

I'd love to see more pics. Especially a point on end view. Sometimes the bevel isn't as pronounced if it has only had a couple of sharpenings.

Supposedly, the only difference between a Kirk Corner Notch and Lost Lake is the bevel resharpenings, and at first it's hard to tell the difference in first stage examples of each. However, what I've noticed is that most Kirk Corner Notches have notches that are almost straight in, without any curve or, "dogleg" to them, and they are also bifacially resharpened. Your point has classic dogleg notches found on Lost Lakes, but there are exceptions to every rule.

Yours is one of the nicest finds I've seen in quite a while, regardless of what it is.
 
I am really excited about finding this one! I would have never imagined I would ever find one like this. I have spent countless hours hunting for points and never found anything close to this pretty. I found this by following deer tracks in the snow which lead me to a tiny drainage with running water. This one was almost on top. I will be searching this spot come spring!!

Kirk Corners and Lost Lakes are early to mid Archaic points, roughly 8000-5000 yrs before present.

I hope you get to hunt that spot again and find some more to show us.
 
It is beautiful! I have never found one, and have trouble finding sharks teeth too.
 
That's a hard call for me, characteristics tell me it's a Kirk, form screams lost lake. It's a killer no matter, and a pocket full of money if you was to sell it so don't get buffaloed
