I have used Win. Longbeard XR #4 shot for a few years but, tried #5 this past Spring. The choke is a .660 "David" model.
 
SBE2 - did a TON of choke and ammo testing over the years and found the Rob Roberts 655 with magblends still perform by far the best in it

M2 20g - Indian creek 562 and handload TSS #9. Is a killer combo and has been my go to for a few years now.
 
Use Jebs on 870 20 gauge, been running a .555 with just about any load out there, they've all patterned very, it's got a .560 Jebs in it now, shooting Apex GT-20 #9's

Carlson's .575 and Federal TSS # 9 in all of my 20 gauge guns but one. The Savage 301 turkey is the factory choke and the Federal TSS #9.
