Was a 300 win mag this morning
Agree 100%For me, it's just whichever one I can get my hands on the quickest.
Remember, shooting coyotes doesn't reduce their population.
that's called syence yall.
Head?Well, 30 minutes ago it was a 6.5 Creedmoor…fastest thing I could grab. I know it's a man bun caliber, but it did the deed at 75 yards shooting offhand.
I had just showered after bush hogging all evening. I'll let you know in the morning if something don't "get him" tonight! How big was the exit?
I was shocked at the one I hit at 80 with a 6.5 .
I trap too. My skinned coyotes brought 5.00 dollars each .How much do they bring now??
Not worth the effort, at least for summer pelts. Price for winter pelts is not much better. Too many mangy, scrawny coyotes. The ones we'd get out west 1991-1994 were large, fat and fuzzy. Buyer wanted them intact save for bullet hole/s.I trap too. My skinned coyotes brought 5.00 dollars each .
how you gunna know if you killed it if you can't find IT
That's ridiculousThat was last winter. I won't skin another for 5.00. Big buck mink brought 1.00. I won't catch another for a 1.00.
