I would think the 168s would have a little flatter trajectory. But either would be more than enough. You didn't say what bullet, so I'll assume same in both weights.
whichever shoots best. trust me, both are about 100x overpowered for a 15 to 35 pound animal. And if you are calling, you will be shooting them at 45 yards, not 300
