What are these?

A little background, I have zero experience looking for artifacts. My son is turning 10, I'm trying to come up with things to get outside more with him. I can only throw so many footballs and baseballs!!

My son loves rocks, any weird or neat looking rock, he's picked them up since he could walk. I've got a small farm on a large creek in middle TN. I thought we could combine his love for "neat" rocks into something to spend more time outside. We found what look like pieces today, can someone tell me if we're looking for the right thing? The material looks similar to many I've seen posted here. Thanks!

It's really hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like worked pieces/debitage from flint working. Maybe even a tip of a point in there.

If you have a knoll near a large creek, your chances of Native Americans living or traveling through the area are very high.

Couple of those pieces looked worked, but as mentioned, it's hard to tell.

You and your son might enjoy visiting a local artifact show.

Hard to tell if they are worked or love stones by the pics. Can't rule either out

My house is actually on the only knoll out of the flood zone. We found this one by the front porch when setting new a shrub!
