I'm thankful no qb is being overhyped. Let whoever (presumably Aguilar) go play ball without all the expectations. Vols will be fine but I do expect about 4 losses
I don't have high expectations without a proven qb back there. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
7-5 and a torch and pitchfork riot. Standard fare.

. If Joey plays close to hendons level then we'll be fine. Everybody worried about his interceptions but app state played from behind so I'm sure he just aired it out to try and win. 3,000 passing yards each season at app state I'll take that. Hendon threw for 3,100 yards in 22. Rb room is loaded if healthy.

Shouldn't be a problem. Don't think Ty Simpson will do it for em.

I don't think Aguilar has to be Hooker good but would be a pleasant surprise. Just need to be solidly better than Nico
My guess is 9-3. I think McCoy will be healthy and the defensive backfield will be strong. Decent young edge rushers and linebackers who will shut down the run. They will struggle on passes inside 10 yards but do a good job overall. I think DeSean Bishop will be STOUT; that little fella put on 35lbs of muscle. O-line will probably be awful with pass block but able to open a few holes for backs to sneak through. I think we pull one away from the 3 bad guys and lose to one team we should beat. Who knows though?
If they can average close to 5ypc they should be fine. They better because I believe the pass game is gunna struggle. 3rd and long will equal a lot of pissed off Saturdays.

I said 9 wins,we can lose to Bama, Georgia ànd Florida but we have a must win game against OU, which is at Neyland.In my opinion OU is the pivotal game of the season!

That rb room just makes me think we won't care which back starts. I know a lot of ppl still don't care for Hurd but Lewis gives me Hurd vibes. His size and straight forward running. If he starts to tuck that shoulder and bull dozes folks like Hurd did it would be nice.One of the strengths of this team in my opinion. I hope you and @chris1976 are right and I'm DEAD wrong. I go in with low expectations and hope for the best. I see Hurd in Lewis as well, they were both bruisers and have that high shoulders run like Eric Dickerson had. Vols season was brought up, not red algae . Notice I said 7 wins which does not include a victory in tuscaloser, although I hope it happens .
Saban is gone. The new coach is in way over his head. They don't have a QB. This is not Saban's alabama program. Tennessee wins easily. Btw, my time on TNDeer has been soooo much more pleasant since I green striped the village idiot. Don't feed the troll!
