Went to the Fun Show today.

Picked up some primers and bullets at the gun show in Kingsport today. Loaded up some .45acp when I got home. Still unable to find any small rifle benchrest primers to load some .223 though.

Any for sale? I have plenty of FMJ but I'm needing some hollow points. I bought 3 boxes of Hornady TAP 9mm stuff yesterday....along with a XD9sc. Obama is putting me in the poor house.

I got my dies set to put just a slight crimp on these loads. I have a Colt Combat Commander, and an old Remington Rand that I shoot occasionally. My cousin also shoots em in his Ruger and it seems to like them.

What maker and model of small rifle primers do you like? I have some CCI BR4's that I might trade for some range time with your ammo and your RAND!!!

I need some BR4's. I can trade some ammo for them but the Rand don't get much range time anymore. It is in pretty good shape and I want to keep her that way. I'll include some pics of it for free though.

Nice Colt UPSman, what year is yours? Mine is a 1944 model.

I have no idea what year it is. The armorer's initials FJA were to a few certain years but I cannot remember them. Its a Remington Rand frame with a Colt slide. It still has the rack #'s on the bottom of magazine well and it came with 2 boxes of Match military ball ammo, an original Army issue tankers rig and 2 magazines with matching rack #'s to the pistol. A friend of my dads gave it to him years ago. It belonged to his father who was an Army Colonel in WW II and this was a pistol that he had. That's about all I know about it.
