Yeah, a handi-rifle in 30-30 has a certain appeal. Cheap, uhhh "Handi", light weight and as Mike243 said, you can use pointed bullets for better downrange velocity.

And the classic break open guns and old rimmed cartridges just seem to go together.

you can use pointed bullets in a lever action too just is a 2 shot rifle


i had one in 30 30 125 nbt over max varget

i shot several deer over 150- 200 yds and killed one at 280 yds as well

good choice tiny
