Well the water is a little higher not at summer pool yet though. Fishing was terrible. Had jugs set from 12 foot to 4 foot and we only caught 2 fish over 4 hours. A million bugs on the water though. A little frustrated right now.
 
Sorry to hear Big J. I spent all day all over the county trying to find carp to fly fish... whole different game and was frustrating for me too. rain messed up some of my fishing holes here and I wasn't going to hit any big water on a weekend, with all the boat traffic.

Maybe you should hit up Marrowbone and see how the cats are biting over there?
 
I am going out tonight, will probably put some jugs out, but mostly will be crappie fishing. I put most of my jugs out fairly shallow on flats though. I have been using shad as bait. Went last week and caught 4 cats.
