Some areas in Davidson and Wilson Counties have received up to 7 inches already.

Do you know that Priest got hit hard because it hasn't rained a drop here in Murfreesboro today and it looks like most was to the north in Nashville and Lebanon? Maybe the lake just got "grazed" a little. Hey, go check it out and let me know. I want to fish tomorrow.

Yes, at lunch I rode out to Jefferson springs boat ramp where I usually launch and the water looked great. I will hit it early tomorrow morning providing no major changes.

I lost a decent largemouth busting shad up in a flat 2 days ago. Just came off the hook.

I will be trolling around priest tomorrow afternoon for sure. Just not sure yet where to put in.

Ok dang it! I am going too! Tell me where we are going in at guys? Everyone want to meet at Hobson bridge?

I have no idea where yet, you name a good place to fish, I will be there. Bringing a buddy with me and want to troll for whatever bites, and maybe cast to fish busting shad occasionally.

Ok. I will be putting in at Cooks around eleven or 12. I gotta drop off a display in hendersonville in the morning. Then I will head back and get my boat and head out. Will be crossing the lake when I get there. Catman! Put in at cooks and head out past the wake bogeys and turn right. You will see elm hill marina across the lake. Head that way and there should be a couple islands out there. Troll in 10 to 15 foot of water around those islands. Stripe should be good there as well as some crappie. I will call you when I get there and you can follow me to the crappie grounds. South of there. I will show you some sweet trolling spots.

I caught a hybrid maybe around 3 lbs at smith sprigs a couple days ago. Will see what bites tomorrow
