Weird season dates?

Am I misreading this or does the season actually start on a Sunday? Also the youth hunt is on a Friday-Saturday?

Can a TWRA person explain this weird reasoning?

There is an error on the web page. The actual proclamation is correct. Check the TWRA forum. They have addressed it there.
