Weiner Seasoning

Has anyone else used the Weiner seasoning from Sausagemaker.com?

What did you think of it?

I made some a week or so ago and they look good. The taste just isn't what I had hoped for. I didn't use the insta-cure, since I didn't plan on smoking it.
