Weighing VS volume ?

i use a electronic powder dispencer and scale to weigh every load. trouble is its a little slow. I know bench rest shooters seldom weigh charges, except to set the charge being thrown from the thrower. thinking of getting a HARRELL powder thrower to speed the loadings. Anyone fill by volume instead of weight?
or both? and can you tell any changes in groups?

if you get a rythm going you can throw just as good grroups as you can weigh,

I done a little test on this one time with a VLS 6mm and IMR-4064 with the 70 gr NBT,,loaded 20 each way and shot 4 five shot groups both ways and the throwed loads were actually a couple thousand`ths better,,

I weigh all my hunting loads before and after charging, the plinking loads get 1 out of 10 weighed and get the shake test to make sure they have powder.

Mr big, i heard thats why benchrest shooters used volume instead of weight, they claim volume in a properly prepared case creates a more consistant pressures shot to shot, hard to belive but i understand the concept behind it. What powder thrower do you use?

I got 2 uniflows,,if you`re revvin on the redline its good to check them on a scale pretty regular but I have got careless and loaded quite a few after gettin setup..
