any body tried it? been meaning to make a rub like that up and found some already made. will report back after a test drive

I don't use a commercially made rub very often but this stuff was decent on some steaks and chicken. I think where it will shine is on pork, will find out in a few weeks when I get time to do some on the smoker

Never tried webers but I have some from a small independent spice shop. It is delicious, goes great on red wild game meats. Pan fry is a little better than grilled because you can make more of a crust out of it.

I want to make my own as well one day.

It works great on steaks beef or deer, will keep some on hand either store bought or home made.

Change Servings

2 tablespoons ground coffee beans

2 tablespoons ground black pepper

1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tbs brownulated brown sugar
I added the brown sugar to this and can be left out or adjusted depending what meat you want to put it on. Id leave it out for a steak but add it for pork or chicken, theres a bunch of recipes out there but this 1 is simple without having to go to the store
