Waterfowl hunting on Clinch River

Is there any off limits areas to waterfowl hunting on the Clinch River (other than being legal distance from occupied structures). I tried calling the region 3 office a few times today and it was busy every time I called. Specifically I am concerned about being near the Oak Ridge Lab property

It looks like most of the Clinch and the section you have questions about is in Anderson Co. Anderson is administered out of the Region 4 office. Try giving them a call.
