Water Temp Question?

This may sound like a stupid question but with all this rain we are getting and have gotten and temps not as hot the last 2 weeks granted it was hot but should the lakes cool just few degrees and move carp into shallower water

Water temps were down Saturday when we were on Douglas but if the carp wer shallow earlier to spawn I don't think they will be back.

Not talking spawn just early morning cruising I know the spawn is over here although 2 weeks ago I found some commons that was blasting the banks acting spawnish which is late for here but I'm talking fish feeding in the shallows when I say shallow I mean 2-3 ft I can kill a fish in 3 feet of water all day any day
