Got some private land in Warren county I got permission to hunt. Does anyone have any input on the deer population in that area I haven't had a chance to get down there and look at it yet thanks

I believe deer numbers are good all around maybe a little low in the Irving college area or at least that's what I been told.

Hit or miss. Lots of nursery in WC and many if not most of them shoot deer on sight year round. Some with D.permits and some just "take care of the problem".

That said, all hunting is local. The deer on our farm are spooky as all get out year round from getting pounded by the nursery guys. Get smelled/busted once and movement shuts off for about 2 weeks in that area.
Couple miles up the road, the deer act like suburban deer in a friends yard and aren't spooky at all.

Size is average for Middle TN.
