As much as I like crappie, walleye are better to my taste buds.

If it does not come from the ocean, walleye is without a doubt the best. Walleye from northern waters (minnesota, ontario) do taste much better than walleye from Tennessee though.

Different strokes for different folks. Female bluegills are right up there with the best!

Crappie are very over-rated. Most people say they like them, but what they realy like is the beading and the oil.

Wrap a walleye fillet in foil with sliced onion, lemon pepper, butter, and salt, and cook it over campfire coals, and you've got a meal fit for a god.
