Unbelievable. Put your lab in the bed of your truck on a rainy day and make him the happiest dog around and they'll charge you with more in animal cruelty than these guys got. Not even a wrist slap. More like a scolding.

To lenient like most illegal wildlife/ illegal fishing violations. Stiff penalties equal at least some reservations of committing the decision to do dumb stuff like this. People will continue to do stuff like this. If the possible reward out weighs the penalties.

That is why I never got started in tournaments. Too much incentive for cheating. Wayyyy too many tournaments on the lakes anyway!!!
