Wallace processing in Waverly

Has anyone used them? Looking for a new place to take deer. Any info on them would be appreciated.

Yes they been good to me but they are full and not taking any.

I've used them no complaints they do a great job, and as stated summer sausage is spot on.

It has been several years since I used them, as I usually cut up myself, but I carried one to them on Tuesday. Know some that has had beef slaughtered there and it was done good.

Thanks for the references. I keep trying to get one in at Hunters Harvest in Clarksville but that is almost impossible.

They are great i have had 3 there this year and as always thay have been spot on .
Ask ms Ashley if she has any sausage balls made they are the best i have ever eaten

I have used them for both processing and taxidermy. I am pleased with both and will probably use them again.

They are great, super nice people and very clean. Hard to get in, I called them 3 times last week and they were full. They sad they only take 36 deer per day.
