Waders Question

How do they size?
Can you guys help me make this easier?

I am 5' 9"
170lbs
Size 32 pants
size 11 shoe

Buy them by the shoe size. Most waders are regulars and some offer stout or king sizes for bigger folks. Your size, just buy regulars in size 11. May want to try some on to see what fits the best.

buy some that have a belt made into them, makes a huge difference. I wear a 13, and im pretty sure mine are 12's.

Redhead Bone dry from Bass Pro, 1200mg thinsulate. Only shoe my foot has never been cold in.

Lacrosse runs a size small. I wear a 12 but with warm socks I'm in a 13...The sportsmans guide has Columbia 1600mg thinsulate waders on sale for 149 right now. Thats a pretty good deal.

NOTHING LESS THEN 5mm. The Lacrosse brush tuff waders are good waders. They have thicker insulation on the inside so you don't have to wear a whole lot of layers underneath. Drake Waders are nice too but they are pricey. Remember this though Waders are a short term investment because they are all gonna leak after about a year or so. Mack's has a great return policy on theirs and they are good quality waders

I've duck hunted for 25 years and had many many pairs of waders and the Lacrosse Brush tuff are the best I've ever had.

I ended up going with the Columbia's....Seem pretty tough and got a good feeling to them.

What kind of return policy Jerry?

If they leak you take them back and they give you a new pair. Now they give you a card with your waders and if the pair you buy leaks you bring/send them back with your card to Mack's and they give you a new pair. I've seen it done a few times trust me. I would go with Lacrosse Brush Tuffs or the Mack's. Also, I have heard nothing but good things out of Columbia waders.
It all depends on how much you hunt, where you hunt and how you store them in the off season.
