what is the height of the rise block
I'm not sure, but if you're asking if it will co-witness, yes it will.

rise block is the height of the metal block under the optic used to mount to the sight. It looks to be at least 3/4"
It has a low pro mount and also the plate for co witness. From top of picatinny rail to middle of the site is approx 1.5". If I could find a spec sheet I'd just post that but I'm not finding anything

ok. So about another 1 3/8" from top of rail mount system to center of bore? approx 3" above bore when mounted?

so shooting inside 15 yds your hold is about 2 3/4" above impact
I would expect that. I've never shot it up close to verify impact at that distance.
