Made some veniston stromboli's; they were a hit with the family.
Used venison sausage, parm, mozarella, fiorintina, amd ricotta; one row pepperoni on bottom, venison sausage, and some
pizza sauce. Finished with an egg wash and and herbs. I folded them, so they're probably not as pretty as could be, but nonetheless, it's a recipe I'd recommend to anyone. We used marinara for dipping. It was a hit and everyone chowed down.
