Decided to try something new for dinner the other night.I took Mikes stuffed meatloaf recipe and used 2lb venison and 1lb low fat pork. Made two small loafs. Seasoned with cajun garlic and onion salt.

I put a ketchup, bbq, whiskey combo on top for a nice glaze...really added some tang.

For sides we had roasted garlic and green onion mashed taters and baked assparagus.

Its an easy reciped and quite good...Thanks Mike!
