Not sure if I would call these sausage patties like they do, I feel like sausage would need some fat content, but either way, I thought they looked too good not to share!

Those look delicious!!

Along a similar line....Last year I mentioned have venison jalapeño cheddar summer sausage and how much I liked it...someone on here recommended I fry a few pieces for breakfast...fantastic flavor! Excellent with fried eggs and toast!

I imagine the patties pictured would be delicious.
