Poser, have you ever dredged the chicken in flour and then let it sit overnight in the fridge before frying?

Yeah, my chef friend says let it sit out for "hours." When I asked for clarification, he said "don't worry about it, just leave it out."

yeah, no risk at leaving chicken out at room temperature for extended periods of time
