Time to make my yearly contribution to Utah in an attempt to get hunts drawn.

Straight down the line for every hunt application: Unsuccessful
To add:
Just talked to my Utah resident hunting buddy. He could have drawn mountain goat last year, but got his LE deer. So, was a lock for this year, by at least an extra point.
Guess what? Unsuccessful.
He's really bummed, and me too, as I was going with him.
