Use of spotlights

I can't find it in the regs so I am asking here. Can you spotlight on your own property as long as you aren't hunting? I thought it changed a while back to allow it but cannot find it in the hunting guide.

Yes. It is a statute, 70-4-111 (I think. I'm hunting and away from a law book.)
