I don't think he was any more an insider than any one else on here, just a fan like the rest of us.

This was his quote about 8 months ago

Ryan Day is interim coach. Came last year as co oc. Mike Vrabel wanted him to come to the Titans this years as OC. Well respected guy. Shows that by OSU naming him and not Schiano or the other guy with HC expiernce. Another thing to think about. Since a lot of asst coaches wives knew, wouldn't all of them be in trouble as well? I think this is the tip of the iceberg for them.

I have to put this in here because it's so insanely stupid of ESPN to fire the people they did and keep the people they did.

Yeah this was talked about a few weeks ago. Then the Urban deal happened making OSU look even worse.
 
Meyer has spoken. He pretty much admits that he lied at the media days. However, he does say he has always took appropriate actions.

My take on it is that he is acknowledging that it happened but says he reported it to the proper people? Yea, I'm not buying that one.
 
haha he's a nut job. he left florida so he could spend time with family....for a year. :rotf:

his lack of control isn't new, 31 players were arrested during Meyer's run from 2005 through 2010 as the Gators' head coach
