This should assist in mixing some dry air to the</p><p>surface and aid in warming us another degree or two by the</p><p>afternoon. Today`s records are 83 at BNA (2005) and 77 at CSV set</p><p>just last year and both will be in jeopardy. Still <a href="https://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=progged" target="_blank">progged</a> to</p><p>arrive on Thursday and spread across the mid-state Thursday night</p><p>and Friday, this slow-moving frontal boundary should provide us with</p><p>an average of about 1/2 inch between the two days. Some will see</p><p>less, some a little more, with a pretty decent signal that those in</p><p>the more extreme <a href="https://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=drought" target="_blank">drought</a> areas could see those higher values. In</p><p>the end, this is not going to be a <a href="https://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=drought" target="_blank">drought</a> buster, but any little</p><p>bit will help right now.
