Ugly deer

I'm getting bored setting around with no sports to watch and seems like everything on here and everywhere else is about the Coronavirus. I like looking at deer pictures and hearing deer hunting stories. Here's a picture of my ugliest deer. My wife said it was the most pitiful deer she ever saw. He did look bad. You can see his gouged out eye but it just matched the rest of his body. He must have been a brawler. He had cuts and tears and gouges, some with maggots in them. Let's see your ugliest deer.

I was tickled to kill this buck due to his age and the drop tine, but his rack was not much to behold. Other than the brow tines, I don't think he had another tine over 4 inches.

I had never seen this deer before. I walked off the side of a ridge and he was standing in some thick stuff on the other side of the hollow with two does. I think this was about 15 year or so ago.
