Ugliest deer on the lease

Harvested this gal today at 4:30.
It's no wonder she was all by herself....I'm sure all the other 'reindeer laughed at her and called her names.
Anybody ever seen anything like this on a deer before? Do deer get mange, like dogs do?? Eczema, parasites??

Game warden felt it was just a skin condition and meat would be fine.
