I know this license exempts a kid 10 years old and older from the hunter safety course for one year. Does the kids need any other license or permits to hunt deer on private property during the up coming youth hunt.

No. All he/she needs is hunter safety certification at age 10 and above, and the Apprentice license would cover that.
Age 13 and above would need the Junior Hunt/Fish/Trap license unless exempt under landowner exemption criteria.
During the regular G/M/A season, ALL AGES need the type 94 permit to take antlerless deer suring the Special Season Antlerless hunts. The Young Sportsman hunt this coming weekend is NOT under that season, and has an antlerless bag limit assigned to it just like the archery and M/A seasons do.
