I am trying to locate a guy I mounted a turkey for ....the phone # and address I have for him have evidently changed.. I do have his twra # and confirmation # on the turkey ...is it possible for me to call someone at TWRA and get a curent address for him with these numbers ?

Since you are a licensed taxidermist, they might be able to contact the person on your behalf and give them the message to contact you. Give your Regional office a call on Monday to see if they might be able to help you out.
