Got this email today...figured I'd fwd along to help gather data.
Hearing this from several folks in west and middle TN. Possibly one benefit of the hot dry summer when poults are vulnerable.We have seen more poults this year than we have in many years.
I'm sure it correlates in some way. We are at 69 nest predators this yearI've seen less poults this year than ever. I hope it is just a case of not seeing them, rather than they aren't here. Coincidently, I've trapped the fewest coons this year too. I don't know if there's a correlation or not.
