Are the TWRA proclamations the "law" that will be published in the upcoming Hunting Guide?

Furthermore, I think I have detected a couple of discrepancies in the dove proclamation:

#1)
a) "Restrictive Season" Sept. 1 - Sept. 26 = 26 Days
b) "Regular Season" Sept. 1 - Sept. 28 LISTED AS 26 DAYS�REALITY = 28 DAYS

#2)
a) "Restrictive Season" Dec. 19 - Jan. 15 = 28 days
b) "Regular Season" Nov. 29 - Jan. 6 LISTED AS 41 DAYS�REALITY = 39 DAYS



Granted, the net count of 90 days vs. 70 days is still correct, day count per season ought to be corrected on an official state-sealed document.

Are the TWRA proclamations the "law" that will be published in the upcoming Hunting Guide?

I think the plans are to publish the Manner and Means proclamation verbatim, but that would be the only one in its entirity. The information in the Hunting Guide will be taken from the hunting proclamations.
