TWRA Lake "Overseers"

TWRA needs a responsible party running Glen Springs Lake. The person/people running Glen Springs Lake right now, and living in a camper on the property, can't seem to get out of bed and open the gate at the time posted on the sign. There is no excuse to have trucks lined up waiting on the gate to open and someone having to walk down to the camper and wake them up to open the gate well past the posted time. Who can we contact regarding this?

I think I'd start with the Region Office. It might not do any good this late in the year, but maybe they can keep them from being able to bid on it for next year.

That could be automated for a very low cost...

Don't know if there is a bait store at that lake or not, but they could be responsible for running it as well.

But the gates opening and closing could be easily operated on a timer top open and close.

I'm pretty sure they run the bait shop/store. I know the previous overseer did. Either way I like your idea if they can't open the gate on time.
