Is this the ignition system that has had some problems and "self ignited"?

I was thinking there was some kinda issue with these. Or something like them.

I am not the most versed person on muzzleloaders. So what exactly is the change they are making? What was legal before that is illegal now? Sorry just trying to get clarification on the subject. Are they saying no more using anything including powders that can be loaded from the breech? So everything goes from the muzzle now?

Those air bows might be legal, read something somewhere about them recently, a quick search and I don't see what I read

Probably sell my
Muzzy once we are cwd positive anyways. We are already high risk. While I love my muzzy, I won't be carrying it once it's legal to use rifle instead
Yeah, that is how it worked out for me and I had just upgraded the bolt on my Rem ML700. Shoots great, but not quite like my .308. Heavier, less compact, and less versatile too. Still fun to break out for target practice.
