I received a letter in the mail that says it is from TWRA out of Morristown, TN. Says they are wanting to do a survey on the range of bears in the area, and that our property has been selected for the study. They are wanting to set up some kind of bait station with barbed wire around it, to capture any hair from bears. I've never heard of such before and was just wondering if this was legit or some kind of hoax.
