Im sure this question has been asked before. I bought my license using the twra app. Do I still have to have a copy of them on me. Or can the officer just call my name in and find out if I have my license

Yes, you are required to have a copy on your person by statute. We will accept a copy on your phone if the print can be "expanded" so it is readable by normal vision.
