I finally upgraded to a phone that will let me run it, and I am liking what I see. A big improvement over the mobile web site. If I could suggest one thing to improve it, it would be to allow the last used TWRA ID number to repopulate on the Harvest log screen, its a minor annoyance at worst to have to reenter every time and dig out my wallet and get out the license to enter it. I think you've got a hit on your hands

That tip works well, and I can add a second note with my stepson's number and check stuff/buy permits and licenses for him too.

It wont even let me download it! Says my device is in compatible. Its a newer android too.

Yes, that is it. It does require Android 4.0(Ice Cream Sandwich). Not sure it is ready for 4.4(Kit Kat, the latest build) though

The app is only backward compatible for Android devices running Gingerbread 3 or later and Apple devices running iOS 6 or later.
