Anyone ever explore these areas. Not sure of the pressure. The area's I know you can park and walk in, I rarely seen any vehicles. I wonder if the boat lunch is mainly fishermen verses hunters going in by boat.

I have a bunch of it 7 minutes from my place by Big Sycamore creek.
Don't live there yet, will explore once I'm down there.

Gonna be honest. I grew up on norris, still run around fishing all over the lake. Have a lease on the lake also on the maynardville side but I'm gonna be honest if your lookin just for meat its there but nice bucks are few and far between and I mean very few and far in between I can direct you around some if you end up going
 
No tva land near a boat launch in Norris I know of, in Andersonville there is some TVA property that can be hunted, Loyston point/old Pt 19 , fox hollow has some that leads out to a island that during the winter draw down you can walk to it, very little place to park and people use to be hateful and try to tell you couldn't hunt there, the public launch at Big Ridge is park property so its off limits.

Thank for info. Just looking at what I see on the maps from TVA site. I have heard the hunting is not great. Well if there is no pressure I would think it would be getting better.
For me meat is the name of the game lol
 
I took it that you were asking abut Norris Tn not the lake lol, plenty of places and some islands, they are hunted every year starting in bow season by some folks, you wont ever see much posted about it as they don't want to be over ran,
