After the holidays, I bought several bone and skin on turkey breast. Just thawing 2 and looking for recommendations for cooking. So they will probably be ready for cooking come THU, this week. So throw some options at me. I love spatchcock and smoking or oven roaster, injections, rubs, brines etc..Need input by WED this week.
